Work

I’m a Lead Product Designer at Atlassian, shaping enterprise-scale products in the Service Collection (ITOM) portfolio that power the reliability of critical infrastructure for global organizations. I contribute to AI transformation efforts, embedding intelligence into complex systems at scale. Earlier, I was part of Opsgenie's journey from startup to acquisition, working across design, development, and marketing—building and scaling the product from the ground up.

I work as a Lead Product Designer within the Service Collection (ITOM) portfolio, contributing to a multi-geography team building deep-tech products that ensure the resilience and reliability of critical infrastructure for global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies.

I lead design initiatives across complex, scalable systems, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

I also play a key role in integrating AI into product experiences as part of a broader portfolio transformation.

I joined Opsgenie during its early stages and played a key role throughout its growth to acquisition, working across product design, development, and marketing. In a true startup environment, I was involved in everything from designing core product experiences to contributing to code and crafting marketing materials, helping define both the product and how it was presented to users. This breadth of ownership gave me deep exposure to building and scaling a product from the ground up.
